TartaruGO’

TartaruGò is an innovative ‘Pedalò’ (Rickshaw pedicab) typically used during summer holidays for seaside riding.

TartaruGò is equipped with an integrated small electric motor which assists the rider's pedal-power. A solar-roof with photovoltaic cells (PVC) collects аnd convert solar energy іntо electric energy to charge the batteries. The very light bodywork realised in carbon fibre is applied to a standard chassis of a touristic ‘Pedalò,’ which is very popular along the Italian Adriatic coast.

The basic technical project was developed by FUTURIDEA, a Research Center located in Benevento Italy; the bodywork design is by VD.
